Accessing the event

You can join the online event through the LINK we have sent to you FROM mpe@merchantpaymentsecosystem.com

If you have not received the link (please also check the spam box) you can request it by sending an e-mail to mpe@merchantpaymentsecosystem.com

The link will direct you to the Brella event platform, where you can create your profile.

Access the event during the conference

On the days of the event, go to https://next.brella.io/events/MPE2021/home. The browser shall remember the login details you used while creating the account.

Equipment

The MPE 2021 event is virtual, and all you need is a desktop device with an internet connection. We strongly recommend using a desktop device and a Google Chrome browser to make sure all features of the event are available during the online event. We also suggest you use headphones to make the most of your experience.

What do I need to be able to watch?

MPE 2021 Virtual conference broadcasts on a platform called Brella. To watch the speeches or stream the content, you need to create a Brella account through a unique link we send to you by e-mail. When signing up for MPE 2021, follow the instructions we provide to you by e-mail.

What do you need to do NOW?

Watch our short 5min demo video on joining the platform and how it works. Create your PROFILE. Remember to choose your tags based on your interests: this is especially important for others to find you easier and for the app to generate suitable suggestions.
Start booking meetings that take place right on the Brella platform.

Our top 5 tips

- Use Google Chrome to access the event platform.
- Create a Brella account rather than setting up with your social account – to receive meeting notification to your business e-mail address.
- Accept the notifications pop up, so you are not missing out on any meeting requests.
- Customise your profile by selecting various areas of interest.
- Suggest a meeting with your top matches.

Insider tip

We recommend to have at least 20 meetings booked for the event dates. It means sending out at least 50 meeting requests before the event.
Filter and search the attendee list by name, job title, or keyword to find more relevant connections with whom to meet.
